Mi sembra, però, che la vignetta più che il rischio di reiterazione abbia ad oggetto la sussistenza di gravi indizi… Capisco che la finezza argomentativa della Procura di Roma possa essere contagiosa, ma la redazione del sito dovrebbe essere immune!

Political cartoons have often been very effective tools to deconstruct and de-legitimize the oftentimes over-reaching of government activities such as the very clear excesses displayed by the prosecutors here in their zeal to achieve publicity and notoriety for their actions by bringing charges against highly visible business leaders such as Silvio. The assertion that as CEO he could not not have been aware of the fraud is demanding he prove a negative which is never a valid or sustainable charge in a court of law. Additionally he has never been a flight risk, is not a position to continue to commit a crime and cannot influence any of the so-called evidence accumulated to date. I remain astonished that the highest court upheld the orginal thesis for the arrest of Silvio given these facts. Hopefully, the publication of these cartoons will effectively point out to the authorities and the general population the absurdity of this situation.

ma xchè gli inquisitori non vanno a chiedere se “sanno” anche agli altri componenti del CdA di Fastweb ai tempi dei fatti contestati?.
